FAQ’s

• ▪   How do I contact my coach?
• ⁃     Once you subscribe to the coaching service one of our coaches will contact you within a few hours.  Sometimes it’s minutes, if it’s at 2:00AM it will be in the morning. Coaches need sleep too.

• ▪   What information should I have before I start?
• ⁃     People will be at different phases of their job search process.  Some of folks will still be in school and be looking to get a head start - for those people a solid resume, an idea of what field or career they wish to pursue and some idea of what geographic location they want to work in is about it.  For others it may be much more focused with a chose career already identified and several companies they are pursuing but just need some help to land that job.  Whatever your situation, your coach will work through the process with you, understand where you are, where you want to go and help get you there.

• ▪   How do I cancel my coaching subscription?
• ⁃     We hope you are canceling your subscription because you got a job and don’t need us anymore - if so - YAY!!! Send us a note and tell us where you landed.  If you are canceling for other reasons, we sure are sorry to see you go, but hope you learned a lot.  To cancel just hit the button right here…
